Mary has dedicated her career to the fields of tax, estate planning, business exit planning, and asset protection and has consistently demonstrated her commitment to helping her clients navigate complex legal and financial matters.
As a result, Mary was inducted into the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) Estate Planning Hall of Fame® as an Accredited Estate Planner® in November of 2023 and was chosen as one of America’s Best Lawyers in Trust and Estate by Martindale-Hubbell in 2019.
Throughout her career, Vandenack has continuously expanded her expertise. She is a member of ACTEC where she serves on Asset Protection, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence and is also active in the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate Section.
Beyond her client work, Mary is an active participant in the estate planning community, sharing her expertise through publications, speaking engagements, and contributions to industry publications as well as her weekly podcast, Legal Visionaries.
