Since founding iFixOmaha in 2011, Jason DeWater has witnessed countless phones brought back to life after significant mishaps. However, most clients require more routine services, like screen repair and battery replacement. The thriving business has recently opened three new locations in Omaha and West Point, including the low-cost technician training center Reboot Central at MCC’s Fort Omaha Campus.

DeWater is now also supporting others in joining the field of wireless repair—in collaboration with Metropolitan Community College—through an innovative program called iFixAmerica. “Participants will complete a one-week boot camp, essentially an intensive course in mobile phone repair adhering to industry standards, guidelines, and best practices established by CTIA WISE (Wireless Industry Service Excellence) Certification,” DeWater explained. Following the training, participants will gain supervised hands-on experience through eight-week internships performed at iFixOmaha and other partner organizations in the mobile device repair industry.

All iFixOmaha technicians are WISE Certified Level I & II, ensuring top-quality service and expertise for their customers. iFixOmaha takes pride in providing core services such as 30-minute smartphone, tablet, and laptop repairs with an industry-leading lifetime warranty. By offering the fastest service and competitive pricing, iFixOmaha saves people time and money on their device repairs.
