OrthoMedics’ facility includes a fabrication lab for making prosthetics and orthotics on-site for adult and pediatric patients, but the team strives to go beyond merely creating functional devices, according to company founder Jacob Keough. They stay on the cutting edge of the industry to provide patients with a lasting solution to fit their lifestyles and meet their needs. 

“With us being the subject-matter experts, we feel it’s our job to make sure we’re keeping everyone in the absolute best equipment they can be wearing,” Keough said. “Our norm exceeds the high-end devices that are being delivered by most clinics.”

OrthoMedics’ customer service is also second-to-none, even after the finished device is fitted. 

“We continue to follow up on patients and check on their progress, making sure all the goals they have are being reached and optimizing their care dynamically based on how they’re changing,” Keough said. 

OrthoMedics has become a leader in another sense, too, Keough said. “As of now we have the only active orthotics and prosthetics residency program in the state of Nebraska.”
