The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) welcomes the public to their highly anticipated “Street of Dreams,” a showcase of innovation, luxury, and architectural excellence in home design. MOBA has produced this signature event since 1985. Happening September 15-17 & 22-24 from Noon – 7 pm, this year’s new Multi-Site Street of Dreams will bring together home and design enthusiasts for an inspirational experience.
The event showcases eight homes in five neighborhoods. Homes range in price from $950,000 – $2+ Million and feature five styles: Urban Chicago, Mountain Modern Design, Industrial Farmhouse, European Tudor Style, and Modern Transitional. Among the luxury amenities found in these homes are gourmet kitchens, barrel ceilings, a hidden speakeasy, a covered outdoor living area with a courtyard, an in-home elevator, and a primary suite with a wet room spa.
The event is not only a celebration of exceptional homes; it’s also a platform for local builders, designers, and suppliers to showcase their talents and contributions to the Omaha building industry. This year’s event is MULTI-SITE and will showcase luxury homes in the newest neighborhoods in Omaha, Elkhorn, and Valley.
The homes are situated in these neighborhoods:
- 28406 and 28420 Laurel Circle in Valley by builder Art Of A Craftsman.
- 21101 and 21112 Laurel Avenue in Elkhorn by Edward Custom Homes.
- 3003 S. 209th St. in Elkhorn Nathan Homes.
- 815 N. 132nd Ave. in Omaha by Quest Construction.
- 20928 Barbara Plaza Circle in Elkhorn by R&A Builders.
