The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) is thrilled to invite the public to the highly anticipated Street of Dreams Multi-Site Luxury Home Tour, presented by FNBO. This premier event celebrates luxury, innovation, and cutting-edge home design. Since 1985, MOBA has proudly hosted this signature event. This year, the Multi-Site Street of Dreams will take place September 13-15 and 20-22, from Noon to 6 pm, offering a unique opportunity for home and design enthusiasts to explore the latest trends in architecture and interior design.

This year's event features five stunning homes across four different neighborhoods, with prices ranging from $1 million to $3 million. Each home showcases a distinct style, including Custom Modern Transitional, French Normandy, Belgian Cottage, Modern Mountain, and Modern Cottage with a Nantucket Flair. Inside, you’ll find luxury amenities such as gourmet kitchens, barrel ceilings, covered outdoor living areas with outdoor kitchens, golf simulators, sports courts, and primary suites complete with wet room spas.

More than just a display of exceptional homes, the Street of Dreams highlights the talent and craftsmanship of LOCAL builders, remodelers, designers, and suppliers, shining a spotlight on their contributions to Omaha’s thriving building industry. This year’s multi-site event will take you through some of the newest and most desirable neighborhoods in Elkhorn and Valley.

Come experience the homes located in these remarkable neighborhoods:

  • 20603 Hascall Street in Elkhorn by builder G. Lee Homes
  • 3319 S 209th Street in Elkhorn by builder Nathan Homes
  • 22727 Orchard Plz Circle in Elkhorn by builder New Chapter Homes
  • 2707 S. 224th Street in Elkhorn by builder Pohlad Custom Homes
  • 28627 Laurel Circle in Valley by builder Art of a Craftsman

Don’t forget, “Meet the Builder” event is on September 20 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. This event provides Street of Dreams guests with an opportunity to learn firsthand about the showcased homes and ask their builders questions. After touring all of the homes, make sure to vote for the People’s Choice Award on the MOBA Street of Dreams mobile app and register for the FNBO Husker Volleyball Fan Giveaway Package!
