It’s an exciting time for RTG Medical. The veteran-owned temporary health care staffing agency is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The company also broke ground late last year on a new 54,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters at Highway 275 and Highway 30 in Fremont.

RTG Medical’s work connecting nurses and allied professionals to jobs across the country is vital, Marketing Coordinator Lianna Austin said.

“We have one point of contact. That’s so important for travelers when they’re on the road and are looking for a new job,” she said. “We make their experience very simple so they can go and do the hard work, and we do everything behind the scenes for them.”

The new headquarters will create 225 more recruiter and support jobs, and commuters from Omaha are welcome.

“I don’t think there is a specific mold that makes you a perfect recruiter. There is a lot of life experience that you can take to your desk at RTG,” Austin said. “We encourage people to connect with us as we are growing and building and creating more local jobs.”
