"Our motto is Find a Better WayTM,” says GMP Pros co-founder Stephanie Clark. “We will get down in the trenches to help our clients fix an issue, versus a consultant who comes in, tells you what you’re doing wrong, and then is out the door.”
Stephanie and Eric Clark spent more than 25 years working for big corporations before founding GMP Pros in 2013 (GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices). The company has expanded from two to 34 team members and is still growing. “Most of our team members come in with five to ten years of engineering experience in an FDA-regulated environment, but some boast upwards of 30. GMP Pros’ engineers provide a range of services from quality to commissioning qualification and validation to electronic batch records to capital project management.”
“We invest in our team by providing them with the latest industry training, access to industry events, and other opportunities for growth and development,” Stephanie explained. “If you’re really good at a job, a typical corporation will want to keep you in that job forever. By contrast, we help people pursue their passion. If you’re a process engineer and you want to be a project manager, we will help you get there.”
