Friday, May 8: Do you love trivia and cats? Then we have a Friday night treat for you. Felius is hosting a Virtual Cat Trivia Fundraiser. They are requesting a minimum $5 donation to participate, with proceeds going toward cat care and vetting. Saturday, May 9: We all need to remember to take care of ourselves and our well-being right now. Let the folks at CASA for Douglas County help with Self-Care Saturday, a 30-minute yoga practice that will help calm your mind and strengthen your body. It will be led by Sara Bharwani, a Former CASA Training Coordinator and a regular practitioner of yoga. Register here while you can.
Saturday, May 9: Omaha Performing Arts is hosting O-pa Live on the Stream every Wednesday at noon and Saturday at 6 p.m. This Saturday’s performance is from Fremont-based band Lifeline. Saturday, May 9: In case you missed it, the Omaha Storm Chasers are here to entertain. They are hosting a second Drive-In Fireworks Show at Werner Park. This is also a celebration of the 2020 graduating class from Papillion La Vista High School and Papillion-La Vista South High School, so show your support.
