Catering Creations: FACES of Omaha 2022

Catering Creations owners Jeff and Jennifer Snow made innovative adaptations in response to a slowdown in the hospitality industry during the pandemic. However, the on- and off-premise catering company—an approved caterer for most of Omaha’s premier event venues—is returning to full-service event planning at last.

“We’re happy to welcome back events. We’re celebrating life’s events like weddings, birthdays anniversaries. Our social catering is coming back,” Jennifer Snow said. “We are also slowly seeing some of the corporate events come back.”

Catering Creations has always practiced the highest standards for food safety, and the company is retaining some services introduced during the pandemic, such as requests for individually boxed meals. But the company’s niche is managing the details of event planning from start to finish: timelines, floor plans, tables, chairs, and linens in addition to memorable, outstanding food. This means everyone—whether bride, guest of honor, or host—can enjoy the day.

“One thing we’ve always promoted is ‘be a guest at your own event,’” Snow said. “We really do focus on being a full-service caterer.”
