Dino’s Storage serves customers at 16 metro locations with modern self-storage facilities including indoor and climate-controlled bays and outdoor vehicle space. Property managers guide tenants to the right storage solutions for the volume and makeup of their belongings, owner Lisa Paladino said. After all, those items are being kept for a reason.
“When someone needs a storage unit, a lot of times there’s something happening: they’re moving, school’s going to be starting, things like that. So, we want to be more personable with the tenant than having just a machine or a kiosk,” she said. “It’s one of our differentiators from businesses where you open the door and get the key and never have to see a person. Well, we don’t want to do that. We’re the opposite of that. We want people to have someone they can come in and talk to.”
Dino’s is also known for its local involvement in youth sports and other activities.
“We want to engage in the community,” Paladino said. “We want to be a part of the community as a whole.”
