“We work on a fair amount of older homes, and that’s kind of become a niche of ours,” Larson said.
Outstanding service distinguishes Change House from the competition, Larson said, and the leadership team represents diverse experience: Larson worked in banking before entering the construction industry, partner Seth Vontz has an insurance background, and Brooke Larson brings marketing and sales expertise.
“Seth handles all of our sales and estimating, and then I’m boots-on-the-ground, in the field, coordinating and doing project management and working with homeowners on their projects as they move along. Brooke, my wife, is our office manager,” Matt Larson said. “It’s about customer service and communication.”
