Wellity is a woman-owned and -operated medical clinic founded by Mary Jane Glade, DNP, APRN, who has over 20 years of medical experience. With a background in family, women’s health, and cancer care in multiple settings, Glade brings her extensive experience, expertise, and training in women’s health and high-risk care to the practice.
The clinic focuses on comprehensive wellness and prevention for women. They personalize care for patients, looking at the whole person and developing an individualized plan, specific to that person’s needs and history. “We are very patient-focused…our team is very intuitive about listening, answering questions, and being responsive to patients,” Glade said.
They offer many services for women, including annual examinations, weight management, hormone balancing, pelvic floor therapy, breast cancer risk assessment and survivorship support, skin health, and more.
“Whatever a woman’s health goals are, we make a plan together that’s independent and individualized to them. Everyone’s needs are different,” Glade said. “We look forward to continuing to serve our patients and provide care for women in our community.”
