Hilgers Graben is a nationwide law firm with 15 offices around the country and attorneys licensed to practice in 28 states, but its home office remains in Lincoln, where it was founded in 2011.
“We primarily practice complex commercial litigation with a sub-specialty in patent litigation and trademark services. We have also expanded into corporate law, and government investigations and regulatory enforcement,” said Heather Hilgers, founding partner and owner. “We are divided into two main practice groups: commercial litigation and discovery counsel services.”
