In 2024, Bishop Business celebrated the company’s 70th anniversary, and has grown over time from one location to five locations in Nebraska and Kansas. Over the years, Bishop Business has consistently lived its mission of finding better ways for customers to do great work, and lived its vision of being a leading provider of office solutions with unsurpassed service and value.
On Dec. 31, longtime leader Dave Bishop (whose father, Jack Bishop, founded the business in 1954) retired. He confidently transitioned the running of the company to Chris Bell, who has been with the company for 24 years, including the last two years as a partner and owner.
Bishop Business continues to be a preferred office equipment partner in the region for multiple reasons, Bell said.
“One, we’re locally owned and operated. Two, we take the time to understand the needs of our clients, providing tailored equipment solutions. Three, we provide unsurpassed local service, supplies, and support,” he explained. “We build decades-long partnerships with our clients and support our local communities we do business in.”
