Let’s Pickle features six indoor courts for the popular sport of pickleball. But, it also offers great dining with a full menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; coffee drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails; versatile event space; and patio seating for the warmer months.
Owner Chadwick Fisher, who opened Let’s Pickle in early 2025, said the business aspires to be the go-to hub for pickleball enthusiasts (of all ages and skill levels) and food lovers.
“It’s the first of its kind here in Lincoln as a pickleball entertainment venue. We’re happy to be part of the community,” he said. “Not only do we have the pickleball space, but a full-service restaurant and bar with the private space options…You can come here and eat without even playing.”
Pickleball leagues began organizing shortly after the venue opened, and event booking is brisk.
“We’re going to have active leagues, and we are taking corporate and party reservations. We’ll have some upcoming tournaments and events,” Fisher said. “Stay tuned to our social media pages for upcoming announcements.”
