Reiki-Infused Meditation is a guided meditation class that helps you activate your body's natural ability to receive healing. You will be guided by Jenelle Emory using easy-to-follow instruction through awareness of your body and the body's energy system. Mondays can be the most stressful day of the week! Take a load off with this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Classes are traditionally held indoors from November to March. Please bring a tower or mat. $15, $10 for garden members.
