Jordan Hamann Heiser has jewelry in her blood. She grew up around the jewelry business that has been in Lincoln since 1905. In fact, her great-grandfather, William Hamann, joined the company in 1955, and many family members have worked there. Hamann Heiser has worked in every single position in the business—from gift wrapping to cleaning jewelry to retail to the operations side of the business.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in business marketing with a minor in economics, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Hamann Heiser earned a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California, where she learned everything about diamonds and other gemstones and the jewelry industry.

“We do a lot of appraisal work here for estate purposes, for insurance purposes,” Hamann Heiser said.

Team members at every level of the company—from executive to design to sales—are accredited. That includes master bench jewelers and certified jewelry professionals, appraisers, and buyers. All ensure that customers of this fourth-generation family-owned and operated company can find jewelry on the cutting edge of style, fashion, and technology.

“I consider myself and my team very well rounded in the industry,” Hamann Heiser said.
