More than two decades…that’s how long Groundscapes owners Nick and Lori Heimann have been changing the landscape of the Omaha metro—one home, one business at a time. Their headquarters and showroom—off US-275 in Valley—highlights their customer-centric philosophy: Allowing clients to submerge themselves into the design process, and getting a clear view of the quality products used by Groundscapes, with full-sized samples “you can put your hands on.” Soon Groundscapes will expand into retail, which promises new and exciting landscaping possibilities. 

Their HQs are quickly becoming a landmark in the community, spurring an opportunity for more community involvement. Groundscapes has partnered with Elkhorn Athletic Association as a founding partner on their upcoming multi-field sports complex. Nick and Lori are honored to be a part of this game-changing project. They are excited for what it will provide for youth athletes, and what it will bring to the community they now call home. 

As they continue to set the standard in luxury landscape design, they will also continue to grow with the community around them.
