The Dentists have locations throughout the Omaha area, meaning greater accessibility for the community and expanded availability for urgent cases. “We have four offices doing complete, full-service dentistry,” said practice administrator Jennifer Abshier. 

The practice’s core values are: respect, humility, consistency, compassion, self-awareness, and joy. Everyone from the administrative staff greeting patients and coordinating appointments, to the dental practitioners performing checkups or procedures integrate these values into their interactions. These values not only promote patient satisfaction, but also growth internally, with Dr. Michael Pabian marking the sixth dentist to join the practice.  

“The owners are working owners, in the office every day,” Abshier said.  

An individualized plan for each patient starts with a conversation—to ascertain concerns, needs and priorities—followed by a thorough exam and discussion of options. The Dentists offer the latest in dentistry for all ages, like 3-D imaging and sedation dentistry, while providing a full suite of dental services, including: basic preventive care, fillings and crowns, restorative treatments, and cosmetic procedures such as veneers and dental implants.
