The health and safety of trees is paramount to the certified arborists at Arbor Aesthetics, a compassion that extends to their team members and customers as well. It’s rooted in a “people first” philosophy established by the company’s founders, Jeff and Amy Grewe.

“Our purpose is ‘meaningful growth for people and trees.’ We are huge advocates of personal growth, leadership development and self-awareness,” Jeff said. “There’s more business than the green industry can handle right now; the shortage is in people. We are becoming a destination company - where people thrive personally and professionally in our culture - which has allowed us to remain fully staffed.”

Supporting their team in a meaningful way appears to be paying off. The company has grown more than 100% in the last two years with continued growth expected. The Grewes anticipate moving to a larger facility within the year. The growing Arbor Aesthetics team reflects the company’s well-earned reputation for excellent service.

“Consistency is a big part of it. They know they are going to be met with friendly professional and trusted arborists every time,” Amy said.
