Zaiss & Company just earned B2B Magazine’s Best PR Firm for the 14th year in a row.  The company celebrated 33 years in business on April 1st. President and Chief Creative Officer Wendy Wiseman credits this longevity to the uniqueness of Zaiss & Company. “There really isn’t another firm like ours,” she said. “We’re a hybrid marketing research firm/advertising agency with strategy at the fore of all we do. We call it Smart Marketing and all points lead to reaching our clients’ goals…period.”

Wiseman relayed that the difference is the depth they go to to understand the client’s product, service, task at hand and strategy on how to tell the brand story in the most compelling manner to spur prospects to action. “We’re the marketing partner clients count on to embrace their goals as our own, offering ideas, leveraging the latest channels and delivering results year-after-year,” she continued. “That’s why clients stay for the long term and how we’ve lasted.”

Zaiss & Company considers PR, or earned media, as key to growing their clients’ brands and business. Wiseman noted that earned media is different today, working with influencers, being uber transparent and authentic.  “Social media and earned media are like sisters in the marketing mix,” she said. “Knowing what stories to tell and how to tell them gets traction in the marketplace.”

Zaiss & Company moved to Blackstone Plaza in the heart of midtown in March, 2022.  Wiseman remarked on the reason why they made the move and signed on for leased space. “We worked from home for several intervals in 2020 and 2021, yet the collective thought was that it’s simply better to be in a space together to collaborate on our work for our clients. Two of our core values are Better Together and All In. In Blackstone Plaza employees have free use of the wellness center, the stunning Cloud Room at the top of the building, covered parking and proximity to Omaha’s hippest entertainment and dining venues. We do offer work-from-home days, but the new office is bright, open and inviting and we find that it’s fun to be in this new space together. Plus, visitors to our space love the energy and how colorful and bright it is. Making this investment is knowing, for our business, collaboration is key.
