Jake and Molly Steinkemper know that law firms can seem intimidating, and that seeking legal help for Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury cases can be stressful. They created Steinkemper Law in 2012 to be “small and personal,” according to Molly Steinkemper. “We want our clients to feel heard, and to know that we are looking out for their best interests.” 

Steinkemper Law receives much of its business through referrals and takes smaller or difficult injury cases, often those that larger firms may be reluctant to handle. “What we do is not easy, but helping injured individuals through tough times, whether a large or small case, is gratifying. We answer our own phones. When a client calls, we don’t have to look up their file because we know their case. Getting to know our clients enables us to identify the best outcome for each individual.”

The Steinkempers are graduates of Creighton University School of Law and active in their church and community, coaching teams through the Omaha Suburban Athletic Association (OSAA), Parochial Athletic League, and YMCA (Jake is a former professional baseball player). Molly serves on the boards of OSAA and the Omaha Bar Association.
