North End Teleservices thinks 2021 is shaping up to be another year of continuous organizational growth, according to Chief Operating Officer Chris Phillips.

“We have around 400 team members and are looking to move from a small contact center to a mid-sized center, creating even more jobs and changing even  more lives in the greater Omaha area,” he said.

The company is creating a hybrid work model including a work-from-home component that started during the pandemic, Phillips said. Team members have thrived as concerns such as transportation challenges or child care were eliminated.

Guided by President and CEO Carmen Tapio, the company is also emerging as a local leader in diversity, equity and inclusion.

“Our mission for NET is to continue to serve as a leader and a model of what DEI can look like in business and in the community. Our focus includes continuing to have diverse people at all levels of our organization, enabling work/life balance and creating a culture where every person can be and express their whole true selves,” Phillips said.
