Whether it’s putting a roof on a newly constructed home or replacing a damaged or aged roof on an existing home, it’s important to have the work done well, said Lee McCoy, a co-owner of McCoy Roofing, his family’s business. The positive online reviews, abundance of referrals and long-time and repeat customers can attest to the company’s quality work and excellent customer service.

“We’re a reliable, trusted and reputable name in roofing, and if customers have used us before, they know that there are no surprises,” McCoy said. There are a few changes, however. McCoy Roofing moved to a new facility earlier this year.

And in recent years the company has been seeing an increase in the demand for Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, a product specially designed to withstand hail, flying debris and high winds.

“Right now, people are really interested in upgrading their homes and investing in their houses,” McCoy said. “Impact-resistant shingles may save you a roof and they can save you on your insurance premiums in the meantime.”
