Hayes & Associates has a new website name, but it’s essentially the same, reliable accounting services firm it’s been since Frank Hayes founded it nearly 38 years ago. That stability may not be terribly exciting, he admitted, but it’s very welcome in the current environment.

“In the midst of everything going on and all the uncertainty in the age of COVID, we tried to be a stable force with our clients,” he explained. “If they couldn’t count on other things, they could count on us being there for them and being able to support whatever it is they were doing to get through this.” 

The Hayes team has always been flexible, and they not only were able to serve clients via multiple forms of communication technology, but also gained rapid expertise in assisting with the process for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan and loan forgiveness applications. 

“We were able to sustain our services and even brought in over 100 new clients in 2020,” Hayes said. “In spite of everything, we grew.”
