When it comes to treating conditions from acne and eczema to psoriasis and skin cancer and anything else that affect skin, hair, or nails, Braddock Finnegan Dermatology strives to be on the leading edge, according to Dr. Mary Finnegan.

“We are rigorous about staying current on management therapies for our medical dermatology patients,” she said. “We enjoy working collaboratively with our physician colleagues in the community on our complex cases.”

Braddock Finnegan Dermatology offers a full range of cosmetic services including laser hair removal, laser treatment for sun damage, Aquagold microneedling, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for hair loss and facial rejuvenation, and Botox and fillers.

The increased prevalence of videoconferencing, with people seeing themselves on camera more than they are accustomed to, has prompted a recent increase in the demand for some cosmetic services, Finnegan said, and business continues to grow.

“We have two fully licensed aestheticians and are adding another physician assistant, Molly Hughes, who is joining the practice this spring to meet the increasing need for services,” Finnegan said. “And we’ve added telemedicine services and efficiencies through our website offerings.”
