College Baseball Party at The Slowdown, Thursday, June 24 to Tuesday, June 30: 
The Slowdown is celebrating The 2021 College World Series with a series of live music, DJs, and no cover fees for sports and music fans all weekend long. Head their way for free performances by Kris Lager Band, Hector Anchondo Band, Thermodudes, Hi-Fi Hangover, and DJs inside and out. They will also have an outdoor beer garden, food vendors, and full-screen streaming of the games if you aren’t in-stadium! Find your go-to show here.

The Floozies at Falconwood Park, Friday, June 25: 
Electronic funk band The Floozies will be performing at Falconwood Park this Friday at 8 p.m. in the first full-admission show of the season! Funk fans can get tickets to enjoy tracks from the duo’s newly released album, Dayglow Funk, including their three hits: “I Ain’t Home” featuring Dirt Money; “Till Gone Day” featuring hip-hop star Tech N9ne; and “Desert Flower.” General admission starts at $25. Carribean Night at Orpheum Theatre, Saturday, June 26:
Take a “staycation” to the Caribbean shores this weekend at The Holland Center, where a full Margaritaville celebration will be waiting for you. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of calypso steel drums, soothing sambas, and laid-back tunes while you snack on jerk chicken and cheeseburgers of paradise. Omaha Family Picnic Day at Midtown Crossing, Saturday, June 26: 
Midtown Crossing is pairing up with babysitting app Swishboom to host a Family Picnic Day for Omaha parents and their little ones this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your own blanket and picnic lunch to Turner Park and enjoy playing yard games in the park, and see family-friendly entertainment, including magicians, stilt-walking jugglers, hula hoopers, and more. Cathedral Arts Invitational Gallery Opening, Sunday, June 27: 

Join the Cathedral Arts Project as they launch their 2021 Annual Cathedral Artist Invitational show on Sunday afternoon. More than 30 local artists will have their pieces on display at Sunderland Gallery in the Cathedral Cultural Center at 3900 Webster Street in Omaha this weekend through August 15. The free opening reception will be from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, and the artwork can be viewed Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. through the rest of the installation’s run.
