Jenny Moraga was overseeing 26 branches for LaborMAX Staffing when she was offered the opportunity in 2017 to become an owner/operator for two branches in Omaha and Lincoln. It was a good fit, and right in line with the company’s mission to help businesses find employees for the long term. 

“We’re matching clients to the right employees and matching employees to the right clients,” Moraga said. “Our preference is the long-term temporary-to-hire.”

To accomplish that, the LaborMAX team, led by Moraga and her husband, Donnie, strives to develop lasting relationships with area employers.
