"Twenty-six percent of our staff have been here 10 years or longer,” said Veronica Sapp, director of business development at RTG Medical. “From our recruiting team and account managers to company leaders, over time, our people have proven their commitment and dedication to serving our traveling healthcare professionals.” 

Since 2001, RTG Medical has been matching traveling medical professionals (“travelers”) with medical facilities in all 50 states. Travelers fall into two main age groups: recent graduates in their mid-20s, and empty nesters over age 50. 

Travelers sign up for 13-week assignments, and RTG’s recruiters help them settle into their new community as they begin each new assignment. “At the end of the day, what matters is the relationship that they have with their recruiter,” Sapp said. “At RTG, they know their recruiter has their best interests in mind.”

This spring, RTG is scheduled to break ground on a new three-story building that is projected to open in 2021. The 52,000-square-foot facility will be located on the east side of Fremont, just 25 minutes from Omaha.
