“We kept it simple,” says Jennifer Abshier, the practice administrator. “People can remember us.”

The practice’s core values are distilled down to the fundamentals as well: respect, humility, consistency, compassion, self-awareness, and joy. The four dentists and all the employees—from the person greeting the patient to the person coordinating the next appointment—follow these values in everything they do. 

“People want to be treated with kindness,” Abshier says. 

When the patient is in the dental chair they are treated with an individualized plan that starts with taking time to listen to the patient to ascertain their needs and priorities, followed by a thorough exam and educating them on their options. The Dentists offer the latest options, like 3-D imaging and sedation dentistry, and provide a full range of services from basic preventive care to fillings and crowns to restorative and cosmetic procedures, including veneers and dental implants.
