Until about four years ago, my practice was evenly divided between representing employers and representing workers,” Will Andres recalled. “Today my focus is on representing workers, but having that background has given me a better understanding of the whole process so I can make sure my clients receive the benefits they’re entitled to.” Most of the injured workers who come to Andres Law Offices are employed in fields that involve physical labor, such as trucking and construction.

“Our contingency fee policy means you owe no attorney fee unless we obtain benefits for you,” Andres noted. “Lots of people try to deal with this on their own, but that just doesn’t work. You need an attorney in your corner when you’re dealing with something as complicated as workers’ compensation laws.”

“If we’re not getting anywhere with your insurance company or the laws are not being applied properly, we are fully prepared to go to trial,” Andres added. “While litigation is sometimes needed, if I can get involved with a client’s case at the early stages, I can help make sure any speed bumps are minimized from day one. I want my clients to know their rights are being protected so they can focus on their recovery.”
