AIM Institute is on a mission to help the Omaha tech community connect and grow. It’s an appropriate mission for a team with a knack for connecting people. The AIM Institute team is on a mission to connect and build the Greater Omaha tech community.

AIM was founded 26 years ago and serves to connect students, professionals, and employers to opportunities for community engagement through sponsored programs for underserved youth including the Brain Exchange and professional development programs including Interface Web School, Infotec, and Heartland Developers Conference. AIM also recognizes the best and brightest in tech during the annual Tech Celebration Fundraiser. Through its programs and services, AIM provides people in Greater Omaha with opportunities to connect with a network of resources and to help Omaha continue to build its tech talent.
