In today’s rapidly changing business environment, companies must be able to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances. Hayley Wells attributes the success of Capital Express to the business acumen of its founder and CEO, Monte O’Hara.

“Monte is always prepared for changes that may happen in our industry, and when those changes happen he is quick to adapt,” says Wells, who is the company’s marketing director and O’Hara’s daughter. “He has put in place an amazing team of talented individuals who he can rely on to implement any changes the company might need to make.”

O’Hara and his wife, Debra, started their company in 1987 with only two vehicles.

“Today Capital Express has 26 brick-and-mortar locations in nine states,” says Mollie Riddle, who is the company’s CIO and executive account director as well as Monte’s sister.

Capital Express provides logistical solutions to clients in a wide range of industries, including health care, financial, e-commerce, manufacturing, and automotive companies.

“We are able to take a customer’s logistical needs and create customized solutions to meet those needs,” Wells explains.
