Debbie Sinopoli started moving up almost as soon as she began her career with Jani-King right out of college 28 years ago. In 2003 she purchased the rights to her first franchise, and today she serves as president of Jani-King for the Midwest, which includes Omaha and four other metropolitan areas.

“Over the last 12 years, Sinopoli has opened up additional regional offices while mentoring hundreds of franchise owners throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Her leadership has been recognized internally by Jani-King, a national commercial cleaning company launched in 1969 that has provided entrepreneurs like Sinopoli all over the world the training, certification, and support to become successful franchisees and grow their businesses. She’s been recognized outside of the company, too: Sinopoli was inducted into the Woman of the Year Circle for 2015-16 by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
