John and Tracy McCoy

Apr 06, 2018 04:46PM ● By Janet Tilden
When replacing a home’s roof, it is essential to choose a local company with a strong reputation for excellence and integrity. John and Tracy McCoy are former ranchers who moved from Colorado to Omaha 20 years ago and established McCoy Roofing in 2007. The McCoys place a high priority on taking care of customers, employees, and subcontractors.

“We try to be grounded in Christian principles and treat people the way we want to be treated,” John explains.

To get the best results from installers, McCoy Roofing maintains long-lasting relationships with local subcontractors who provide excellent craftsmanship and courteous service to homeowners. John oversees roofing projects and personally inspects many of the completed jobs. Tracy provides support for personnel, and administrative, advertising, and banking functions. As co-owners, sons Adam and Lee, and son-in-law Landon Wrinkle, handle operations, sales, and vendor relations, respectively. Treating homeowners well has helped McCoy Roofing grow from a home-based business to a multi-million-dollar company. Over the past decade, the company has replaced more than 4,000 roofs in Nebraska and Iowa.
